Yes and No. In order for WSMS to work, the site must be hosted by DNSTC. If you do not have DNSTC design your website, we can work with your designer to get WSMS implemented within your website.

- If you make a change to the WSMS system, will it reflect in my version of WSMS?
Yes. Anytime we release new versions, all clients on the server are updated. This is why you site must be hosted on DSNTC's server.

- Why are some of the menu options red and some are blue?
The red menu options are for administrator accounts. The blue menu options are for non-administrator accounts. We provided the two colors so that administrators will know what utilities their non-adminsitrator accounts have access to modify.
TOP
- How often do you update the system?
Whenever someone reports a problem or if there are any additions made to the system, then we update the system and push out the changes to all of the clients.
TOP
- Why do some options have save buttons and some don't?
Most of the options do not have save buttons. The system is written with AJAX technology and modifications are saved automatically when you click off the field (if the field was changed). There are a couple of places where their is a save button. This was added because there may have been several functiions that are needed to be performed when the items are saved.
TOP
- How do I know what has been modified when their is a system update?
If you look at the revision log on the main help page, we document every change made to the system. This will explain what changes have been made.
TOP
- Is there a limit to how many pages I can have on my website?
Absolutely not. You can create and manage as many pages you wish. The system was developed to be scaleable for small sites or large sites. In fact, the WSMS help system itself is managed by WSMS.
